By accessing or using Costrail, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Costrail is a SaaS spend tracking tool that helps you monitor subscriptions, detect cost changes, and receive renewal alerts. The service processes invoice data that you forward to extract relevant billing information.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Forward invoices or documents that you do not have the right to share
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Costrail, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Costrail is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
